Health Safety Policy Statement
The Health, Safety and Welfare of all employees and anyone who may be affected by
our work activities are of prime importance. Clean Heat UK provide, so far as is
reasonably practicable, safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems
of work and will plan and organize our requirements for the effective implementation
of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Needed to ensure the
Health, Safety and supervision is provided. We will also ensure that all parties have
made adequate human and financial provisions for Health & Safety considerations. All
employees of this company are aware of their own duties in respect of Health &
Safety and will take all reasonable care of themselves and anyone else who may be
affected by what they do, or do not do, whilst at work. As part of our continuing
programme of developing and improving our performance in Health & Safety we
have produced a documented performance in Health & Safety we have produced

General Policy Statement
Clean Heat UK is a trading name of The Boiler Doctor Ltd who are Central Heating
Engineers domestic in the domestic heating market in London and the South East.
Activities include the installation and repair of central heating systems and boilers. The
installation of renewable heating systems including Air and ground source heat pumps,
heat recovery systems and solar heating as well as general plumbing. We also offer
both reactive and planned maintenance heating and plumbing contracts. Clean Heat
UK is committed to pursuing the best environmental practices and conducting our
business activities in a manner that recognises our responsibility to the environment.
Our environmental aims will be achieved by:
1. setting and reviewing appropriate environmental objectives and targets
2. managing, evaluating and identifying any area of our business that may have an
environmental impact and reducing or eliminating the likelihood of any adverse
impact on our surroundings
3. complying with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements
4. making a commitment to prevent pollution from any of the activities which we are
involved.
5. using only appropriate materials and reducing energy wastage, also by
implementing any waste reduction policies that are appropriate
6. encouraging all of our suppliers and other associates to develop environmental
policies in line with our own and trying to ensure they comply with our
environmental requirements
7. training all employees to be partners in any environmental issues appropriate to
their tasks
8. co-operating and communicating openly with our employees, any other
organisations, or the public in order to share our vision of improving the
environment
9. making this policy document available to anyone who wishes to inspect it.
Clean Heat UK will always try to work with our customers to co-ordinate compliance
with our Environmental Management Systems in order to provide a positive impact in
this area of our business.
